Q: What is your return policy?

A: No returns on items. If there is anything wrong with your order you may contact us and we will fix it or give store credit.

Q: HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK ?

A: After you submit your order you will receive a order number then when your order is shipped a tracking number. Your orders will be shipped out 3-5 days from the day you ordered your items.

Q: How can i take care of the hair ?

A:Gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb or your fingers to remove any tangles and wash in a downward motion. Rinse shampoo out thoroughly. Apply a moisturizing conditioner or mask. Use a wide tooth comb or fingers to work the conditioner into your hair. For best results air dry.
